Modash Acquires Promoty To Enhance Influencer Workflow Tools

Modash is acquiring Promoty, a European company that provides influencer marketing tools to ecommerce companies like Lyko, DB-journey, Ali-baba, Samsung and Skechers.

Promoty approached influencer tooling from a different angle than Modash. Modash started from creator search and later built out content monitoring, attribution, payments and outreach. 

Promoty has focused heavily on relationship management and fostering strong bonds between brands and their creators - and they built a great presence doing so, having supported 23,000 collaborations for 2000+ companies. We’ve already learned a lot from them.

In 2025 Modash is a very different company than it was a year ago. We now support the entire influencer marketing workflow and provide the best customer experience in the industry.

Modash, the influencer marketing platform trusted by thousands of  consumer brands, today announced the acquisition of Promoty, another influencer platform known for its CRM tools and focus on meaningful brand-creator relationships. The acquisition follows Modash’s successful $12M Series A funding round and continued growth, particularly amongst Shopify-based ecommerce stores. 

Creator partnerships are now essential for ecommerce growth, with 80% of marketers viewing it as key, but scaling remains a major challenge. Brands juggle multiple tools and manual processes to find creators, manage relationships, and measure results. This fragmentation particularly impacts fast-growing Shopify brands who need efficient solutions to scale their creator partnerships. The market demands a platform that unifies the workflow without getting in the way.

Promoty’s platform is designed to streamline creator partnership management for brands and agencies. Promoty, founded by Aleks Koha and Leonardo Romanello, offers a Trello-like CRM system that fosters meaningful, long-term connections between brands and creators. The company has achieved traction in the Nordics, the Baltics, and Benelux, and has been used by the likes of Lyko, Freeletics, and Alibaba. With web and mobile apps for iOS and Android, as well as enterprise-grade features like white-label solutions and API integrations, Promoty empowers brands to manage their creator partnerships seamlessly.
