Looking back: Modash Updates in Q2, 2024

There's never been a better time to be a Modasher. We’re launching new features and improvements weekly. And with another few engineers on board, you should see a lot of interesting developments in the next few months.
For now, in case you missed our announcments, here’s everything we launched in Q2 for you.
With better-targeted filters, you have more control over your search. That means you’ll get better results.
To find the best influencers for your campaigns, we improved the gender filter and added two new filters in TikTok Discovery: Saves and Shares.
We introduced two new gender selection options: Gender Neutral and Female or Male.
These new filters allow you to find creators based on the number of Saves or Shares their posts get on TikTok.
In January, we launched a new email experience that was purpose-built for influencer marketers.
Once you connect to Gmail, Modash automatically detects creators in your inbox. You can identify them by the profile pic in the subject line. And your emails go out from your real brand dot com address. (Influencer marketers are the last people on earth who need another inbox to manage!)
In Q2, we added two new filters to make emailing through Modash an even cooler experience.
Want to focus on your creator emails only? Filter your inbox by Linked to an influencer, and Modash will hide all emails that are not from creators.
Did you get a new email from a creator? You can open and scroll their profile while you reply.
The Modash Inbox is built around our creator profiles and relationship data, making it easy to email someone because you have access to the information and data you need.
When you open an email, you can immediately see who wrote to you through the Relationship panel.
Like your favorite Pokemon, this panel is evolving constantly and is so close to its final form.
When you open a creator’s profile (from wherever you are in Modash), you’ll get all the relationship details you need, including:
The Relationship panel gives you every context about a creator in a really accessible place.
Next on our to-do list is to add relationship status, labels, notes, and all lists a creator is in.
Modash already offers one of the best content collection and performance trackers. With our Shopify integration, you can track discount code usage and the exact revenue generated. (You can also do this manually without the integration.)
The only thing missing was metrics to measure that murky middle part of the funnel. What happens between eyeballs on content and the dollars in your bank account?
The answer is Link tracking
With Link tracking, Modash gives you an overview of:
Using Link tracking can help you answer questions like: How many total clicks did this campaign get? How many total clicks did this specific creator contribute to the campaign?
You can create and assign unique links from a specific Campaign.
Enter a URL, and Modash creates a short link that creators can share with their audience. When the link is clicked, Modash will add relevant UTM tags so you can track traffic using your analytics tool of choice.
Setting up a campaign is getting smarter. In Q2, we added recommended hashtags, mentions, and keywords based on ones you have used previously. You can pick specific tracking tags or all of them.
If, like us, you like your stuff neat and organized, you’ll love this newest improvement in Campaigns. You can delete drafts and finished campaigns you no longer need. So neat. So organized. But be careful: when you delete a campaign, it's permanent!
Our designer also gave the content in your campaigns a makeover. Now, each content piece is a tad bigger, and the performance metrics on each are clearer.
You'll also see more platform-specific information when you hover over the content.
Creators in Canada, the UK, Australia, and Israel can get paid in USD, if they so choose. To do so, they can add a new bank account in Modash and select USD as the currency.
You can pick any transaction and duplicate it. All the data, including the contract, will be duplicated for the new transactions. This is great if you want to pay the same creator again (or regularly), especially under the same contract.
Now, adding the Payout date to the Transaction overview makes it even easier to know what's happening with your payments.
If everything goes according to plan, in July, August, and September of 2024, you’ll be getting a new look and functionality in Discovery. Did someone ask for Saved Searches? It’s coming. In Campaigns, we’re launching cross-platform campaigns, as well as smaller fixes to make using Modash delightful!
Stay tuned as we keep building Modash to be even more useful for you.
