By default, we sync one month of email history when you first connect. After that, it's a two-way sync: anything you do in Modash shows up in Gmail/Outlook, and vice versa. If you need more than one month of history synced, contact us at hello@modash.io, and we can extend this for you.

Yes. You can choose to share all your emails with your team by default, or on a case-by-case basis. View conversation history, add internal notes, and seamlessly hand off relationships when team members are out or when roles transition.
No, your emails are kept private. However, Team Inbox lets you see previous conversations your team members have sent to creators. Great for taking over a relationship when others are OOO or have left your team.
Nothing changes. Your recipients will receive a regular email. There's no "sent via Modash" or any similar indications that you're using a particular tool.
Yes. We use bank-level encryption and never access your emails beyond syncing creator conversations. Your data stays private and secure. We follow global security practices and are headquartered in Tallinn, Estonia, so we're held to the highest GDPR compliance standards. Your customer data is hosted securely in Frankfurt, Germany on AWS. We've also been through independent legal audits by two European law firms as part of our venture funding process.
You can connect one email account per Modash seat. If you have multiple team members, each person can connect their own inbox.
