Wir bieten diesen Rabatt, weil Marken mit langfristigen Influencer-Beziehungen meist bessere, nachhaltigere Ergebnisse erzielen.

Die Shopify-Integration ist in Ihrem Modash-Tarif kostenlos enthalten. Sie brauchen nur ein aktives Modash-Abo und einen aktiven Shopify-Shop. Für die Integration fallen keine Zusatzkosten an. Ihr Modash-Tarif umfasst vollen Zugriff auf alle Shopify-Funktionen: Produktgeschenke, Verkaufs-Tracking, Rabattcodes. Affiliate-Verwaltung ist in den Tarifen Performance Annual und Enterprise verfügbar.

Jeder Tarif hat ein jährliches gebührenfreies Auszahlungslimit. Wenn Sie dieses Limit überschreiten, fällt eine Gebühr von 5 % nur auf den Betrag darüber an.

‍Performance Annual: 0% Gebühr bis zu $10,000 gesamtem Auszahlungsvolumen pro Jahr. Über $10,000 fällt eine 5% Gebühr auf den Betrag über dem Limit an.

‍Enterprise: 0 % Gebühr auf ein gesamtes Auszahlungsvolumen von bis zu $100,000 pro Jahr in der ersten Stufe. Nach $100,000 gilt die 0% Gebühr innerhalb bestimmter Auszahlungsstufen weiter. Bei Überschreiten eines Stufenlimits fällt eine Gebühr von 5 % auf den Mehrbetrag an.

‍Creators: Creators erhalten den von der Marke genehmigten vollen Auszahlungsbetrag – Modash zieht keine Provision von Creator-Zahlungen ab. Je nach Standort und Bank des Creators können lokale Bank- oder Überweisungsgebühren anfallen.

Nein, keinesfalls. Sie können Monats- oder Jahrespläne wählen und jederzeit upgraden, downgraden oder kündigen. Wir bieten hohe Rabatte für Jahrespläne, weil wir festgestellt haben, dass Marken, die in langfristige Beziehungen zu Influencern investieren, bessere und nachhaltigere Ergebnisse erzielen als Marken, die kurzfristige, transaktionale Kampagnen durchführen.

Sie können Ihren Tarif jederzeit in Ihren Kontoeinstellungen upgraden oder downgraden. Bei einem Upgrade während des Abrechnungszeitraums zahlen Sie anteilig für den Rest.

Bei einem Downgrade wird die Änderung zu Beginn des nächsten Abrechnungszeitraums wirksam. Nicht genutzte Credits oder Funktionen Ihres aktuellen Tarifs werden entsprechend angepasst.

Sie können jederzeit kündigen. Monatstarife enden sofort. Jahrespläne bleiben bis zum Ende deiner vorausbezahlten Laufzeit aktiv.

- Profilaufrufe: Jedes Öffnen eines detaillierten Influencer-Profils, um vollständige Analysen, Zielgruppendaten und Content-Performance zu sehen, zählt als ein Profilaufruf.
- E-Mail-Freigaben: Wenn du die Kontakt-E-Mail-Adresse eines Creators in seinem Profil einblendest, zählt das als eine E-Mail-Freigabe. In unseren anderen Tarifen begrenzen wir E-Mail-Freigaben, um Influencer vor ausbeuterischen Angeboten und Spam zu schützen. Wir begrenzen E-Mail-Freigaben auch, damit Marketer nicht zu früh zu groß einsteigen. Statt auf Masse zu setzen, fördern wir teilpersonalisierte Ansprache, damit Marketer ihre Antwortraten steigern. Wenn du höhere Exportlimits brauchst, können wir sie im Enterprise-Tarif anpassen.
- Getrackte Creator: Das ist die maximale Zahl an Influencern, die du gleichzeitig in Kampagnen aktiv verfolgen kannst. Du kannst Creator hinzufügen oder entfernen, doch die Zahl getrackter Creator darf dein Tariflimit nicht überschreiten.

Alle Limits werden zu Beginn jedes Abrechnungszeitraums zurückgesetzt. Deine aktuelle Nutzung kannst du jederzeit in deiner Kontoübersicht verfolgen.

Wenn du dein Tariflimit überschreitest, kannst du auf einen größeren Tarif umsteigen oder uns um einen individuellen Tarif bitten. Darüber musst du dir keine Sorgen machen – wir finden immer eine Lösung für dich.

Dein Konto bleibt bis zum Ende deines aktuellen Abrechnungszeitraums aktiv. Danach:

- Datenexport: Exportiere deine Daten (Influencer-Listen, Kampagnenberichte usw.), bevor dein Abo endet. Lade alles herunter, was du behalten möchtest.
- Kontozugriff: Nach Ablauf deines Abos verlierst du den Zugriff auf die Plattform und alle Funktionen. Dein Konto wird deaktiviert, aber nicht sofort gelöscht.
- Datenaufbewahrung: Wir speichern deine Kontodaten nach Kündigung 90 Tage lang, falls du zurückkommen möchtest. In dieser Zeit kannst du dein Abo erneuern und erhältst vollen Zugriff auf deine Daten.
- Datenlöschung: Nach 90 Tagen werden deine Daten endgültig aus unseren Systemen gelöscht.

Wenn du bestimmte Daten wiederherstellen musst oder Fragen zur Datenaufbewahrung hast, kontaktiere vor Ablauf deines Abos unser Supportteam unter hello (at) modash.io.

Dein Modash-Abo umfasst alle Plattformfunktionen. Es gibt keine Einrichtungs-, Onboarding- oder versteckten Gebühren neben den Kosten deines Monats- oder Jahresabos.

The only additional fees you'll encounter are related to Modash Payments for Essentials and Performance plans (our creator payment feature), which charges a commission fee per payout. Performance-Jahrespläne enthalten 10.000 $ gebührenfreie Auszahlungen.

- Kreditkarte: Alle gängigen Kreditkarten (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Deine Karte wird je nach Abrechnungszeitraum (monatlich oder jährlich) automatisch belastet.

- MwSt./Steuern: Wir unterstützen die MwSt. für EU-Kunden und stellen rechtskonforme Rechnungen aus. Deine Rechnungsadresse bestimmt die anfallenden Steuern.
